Hi! I'm Lena Jácome, an internationally touring flamenco dancer, choreographer and instructor with Jácome Flamenco. After becoming a mother 4 1/2 years ago, I realized that implementing a stretch and strength program into my regimen would be helpful in, not only keeping up with my dance career, but my overall health and wellness as a mama dealing with hormonal changes, sleep deprivation and exercise balance!!
